Before diving into my professional journey over the years, I believe it's important to share my approach to product management through the lens of my five strongest skill sets. My approach to product management goes beyond overseeing development; it’s about envisioning the product’s journey from idea to market success. This involves:

Effective leadership in product management is about inspiring and empowering the team:

By embracing these practices, we can drive product success, foster a motivated team, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
At Sony, I learned the essence of Product Management and the critical importance of engaging closely with customers. By becoming part of their team, I could truly understand what drives their needs. One of the KAIZEN principles I embraced during my time at Sony was "go to gemba," which emphasizes the value of observing and understanding the real-world processes and challenges faced by customers.
At Hanwha, I pushed the boundaries of AI, and like many others, the pandemic forced me to find new ways to leverage technology for the greater good. "Working under pressure" took on a new meaning as I successfully launched over 200 products and developed the first AI Edge Device. This innovation played a crucial role in helping us transition to the new normal post-pandemic.
At Konica, it wasn't just about creating new products or solutions; it was about reconnecting with the company's core philosophy and values. I aimed to bring these principles into the AI and Cloud era through innovative products that demonstrated the company's commitment to digital transformation, cloud networking, and data orchestration.
